Prop Bets: Raoni Barcelos VS Cody Garbrandt 2025-06-14

The stage is set for a thrilling matchup at UFC Atlanta: Raoni Barcelos, the submission-hungry grappler, takes on Cody Garbrandt, the former bantamweight champ looking to regain his footing.

Barcelos, riding a wave of confidence after handing Payton Talbott his first pro loss, is the favorite to win at 1.34 (FanDuel) or 1.37 (BetOnline.ag, William Hill US, BetMGM). He's looking to tap out Garbrandt, literally, and then set his sights on Rob Font for his next bout.

Garbrandt, a year-long hiatus veteran, has struggled to find his rhythm, with just four wins in his last ten fights. He's the underdog at 3.25-3.35, depending on your sportsbook of choice.

The game plan for Barcelos is clear: take Garbrandt down and submit him. Will Garbrandt try to stand and trade, or will he try to out-grapple Barcelos? The odds are against him, but we've seen crazier things in MMA.

As for prop bets, DraftKings has Barcelos at -3.5 rounds with a price of 1.8, while Garbrandt is at +3.5 rounds for 1.95. If you think this one ends quickly, the Over/Under 2.5 rounds is a tempting option, with the Over at 1.83 (DraftKings) or 2.0 (BetOnline.ag).

My prediction? Barcelos takes Garbrandt down, sinks in a tight arm-triangle choke, and gets the submission victory at 2:15 of Round 2. That's right, folks, I'm calling for a +135 (BetUS) Under 2.5 rounds and a straight-up win for Barcelos. Don't @ me.

Player prop bets to consider:

Raoni Barcelos by submission: +140 (BetRivers)
Under 2.5 rounds: 1.83 (DraftKings) or 1.87 (BetUS)

Place your bets, folks!
