Odd$mith Morning Card: Today's Best Bets for October 17, 2026

Here’s the morning Odd$mith card — a curated read on the board built from a smaller set of major-league best bets, with the strongest spots surfaced early instead of dumping every pick on the slate.

Featured Best Bets

EPL: Chelsea ML (120)

Matchup: Chelsea vs. Everton · Start: Oct 17, 7:30 AM EDT

Everton’s contract chaos is a distraction Chelsea’s balanced attack is perfectly positioned to exploit.

WNBA: Golden State Valkyries ML (-142)

Matchup: Atlanta Dream vs. Golden State Valkyries · Start: Oct 17, 3:30 PM EDT

Golden State's rebounding edge is the kind of statistical moat that makes betting against them feel like bringing a knife to a gunfight.

MLS: St. Louis City SC ML (125)

Matchup: St. Louis City SC vs. Minnesota United FC · Start: Oct 17, 4:30 PM EDT

Backing St. Louis is like betting on a freight train that simply refuses to hit the brakes.

NHL: Under 6.5 (-110)

Matchup: Buffalo Sabres vs. Montréal Canadiens · Start: Oct 17, 7:10 PM EDT

Two Atlantic Division teams in early-season fog are about to trade punches like cautious grandpas, and the Under 6.5 is the only safe bet.

Final Word
