Odd$mith Morning Card: Today's Best Bets for May 17, 2026

Here’s the morning Odd$mith card — a curated read on the board built from a smaller set of major-league best bets, with the strongest spots surfaced early instead of dumping every pick on the slate.

Featured Best Bets

EPL: Everton ML (-120)

Matchup: Sunderland vs. Everton · Start: May 17, 10:00 AM EDT

Everton’s steadier form and Sunderland’s leaky defense make the Toffees the smarter money on the moneyline today.

La Liga: Athletic Bilbao ML (120)

Matchup: Celta Vigo vs. Athletic Bilbao · Start: May 17, 1:00 PM EDT

Athletic Bilbao's disciplined defense and knack for keeping games tight make them a solid moneyline bet against Celta Vigo's inconsistent attack.

WNBA: Las Vegas Aces ML (-142)

Matchup: Las Vegas Aces vs. Atlanta Dream · Start: May 17, 1:30 PM EDT

The Las Vegas Aces' moneyline is the smart play because their superior perimeter shooting will outpace Atlanta’s rebound advantage.

MLB: Texas Rangers ML (-120)

Matchup: Texas Rangers vs. Houston Astros · Start: May 17, 2:11 PM EDT

The Texas Rangers moneyline offers value given their surprisingly stout offense against an Astros pitching staff that has allowed 254 runs.

Final Word
