Odd$mith Morning Card: Today's Best Bets for October 14, 2026

Here’s the morning Odd$mith card — a curated read on the board built from a smaller set of major-league best bets, with the strongest spots surfaced early instead of dumping every pick on the slate.

Featured Best Bets

NHL: Under 6.5 (-105)

Matchup: Montréal Canadiens vs. Washington Capitals · Start: Oct 14, 7:40 PM EDT

When a team is missing key pieces and the other side is just treading water, the ice becomes a graveyard for overbets.

MLS: St. Louis City SC ML (120)

Matchup: Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. St. Louis City SC · Start: Oct 14, 8:30 PM EDT

St. Louis is playing with the reckless confidence of a team that hasn't tasted defeat in two months, and Vancouver looks like they forgot how to defend.

MLB: Under 6.5 (100)

Matchup: Tampa Bay Rays vs. Cleveland Guardians · Start: Oct 15, 6:00 PM EDT

Rays have the scoring output of a broken calculator, making the Under the only mathematically sound play here.

EPL: Chelsea ML (115)

Matchup: Chelsea vs. Everton · Start: Oct 17, 7:30 AM EDT

Everton are playing their season opener with the urgency of a team that has already spent all its budget, while Chelsea arrive with the swagger of a club that has been saving for a rainy day.

Final Word
